Julie brings extensive experience in all aspects of business operations including but not limited to business development, expense control, staff management, and talent selection. Julie has a reputation for bringing order and organization to a fast-paced multi-tasking environment while producing timely results.

Julie started her diverse career over 30 years ago in the retail industry holding high-level General Management roles in both luxury and fast fashion retail, this experience and her sense of adventure led her to tackle the retail start-up world where she spearheaded multiple operational & branding initiatives which expanded her operational excellence and allowed her creativity to flow.

Julies’ belief in people work for people and all team members should be empowered to bring their whole selves to the work environment led her to branch into full-cycle recruitment management roles roughly 14 years ago where she specializes in top talent selection and creating a diverse people-first culture.

In Julies’ spare time she enjoys monthly wine tasting trips to Temecula and educating potential pup parents on love and care for Irish Wolfhounds, Julie is a breeder/owner of Irish Wolfhounds and is active in the American Kennel Club dog show community.
